Yesterday saw a boy wearing a sign that said, autistic be kind,

Something like that


If you want you can wear a sign

I don't wish that but if I did, I could just write it on my shirt or something.

I've had this thought several times, but then you remember how much more nasty people can be.

I'm also thinking of some years ago when I made attempts to learn how to drive- even in a "STUDENT/LEARNING DRIVER" car there were jerk asses who cut you off, etc. lol

There are some really cool t shirts out there, that aren't outright, but imply AS. Just a picture of a puzzle piece print on front. My daughter has a white t shirt that says nice person, wrong planet. We do it in fun fashion way. Dont want to wear a sticker or badge that says, please be patient with me, I have autism, there are those out there.

I think this is my position on the issue. I think it meets the need for understanding, but also protects against human predators and parasites
