Last night some people ì know got my mobile of me to text this guy I know. I think they sent him some vulgar messages amongst other stuff

Anyway I texted him this morning to say it was not me who sent those texts. He sent me a voice message saying "Leaving me alone, I don't want to be around you anymore". I know you sent those texts and are playing the mental illness card"

Do you think I am going to get beaten up or confronted at the pub by him and his mates

Ok well you have to decide whether to go back there or not if you're truly scared

I will go back of course. I think him saying "leave me alone" means he won't confront me

I am in a constant state of anxiety today. My parents are not back till tuesday

If he does confront you just point towards the people who did it and tell him that them dickheads stole your phone

Practice being calm even if you're bricking it on the inside
