I have a few aquantinces but I think I may finaly actual have a chance at friendship. This boy gave me a lot of help with girls and now I think we are "close". What should I do next? We meet on the bus stop everyday and he sits with me in the morning talking about women...

I like it...

Except that that's the ONLY time I hang about with him...

HELP ME!

(He knows I'm autistic and tries to help)...

Do you guys ever talk at a time people usually eat, like lunch time? You could say your going to get food, and tell him he's welcome to join you. That could start you hanging out in different circumstances, and also not be too forward to scare him away.

Well he hangs about with 3 girls and I once tried asking one of them out but got rejected but I didn't care because I am STILL currently in love with someone...ANYWAYS I feel awkward there...

It might be he sees you as a pet-project or he's doing someone else a favor. Just loo at the way he treats other people. If he treats most as equals you probably have a good chance at becoming friends.

Take it one step at a time. If it is meant to be something more it will. The worst thing that you can do is hit the panic button.

If he knows you're autistic and is trying to help, he sounds pretty cool. Get his IM name maybe, and talk to him on AIM. As long as you don't get too clingy you should be fine, I hope he can help you out :)

This is something I worry about a lot.
