Interesting, melbourne being aspie central and all.

I am an Aspie from Albury. I was unaware of Melbourne being Aspie Central. Are there really lots of Aspies is Melbourne (per capita)? I would like to meet other Aspies but I don't know any in Albury.

I was unaware as well. After being at uni in melbourne for the last 6 months I thought the exact opposite; that it was socialite central.

Well are their any unsociable capital cities in Australia :) ? Before doing my research I suspected all along it was Aspie central
being Australia's most cultural and creative city . Sydney would be far far more sociable ?

8) I'm in Albury too! Freaky. Shall we now claim Albury as Aspie central?

Though I'm not diagnosed, I'm pretty sure I am. Still sussing this stuff out.

I live in Melbourne. Specifically in Mill Park. Anyone here live somewhere near?

Just to make it clear, I may not be considered an Aspie as I have noticeable speech delay, but I definitely am high functioning, otherwise.

Hey, kahlua. Which suburb are you (if you don't mind me asking)?

I work in Melbourne. I'm 28, am I a "kid"? ;) I would agree in-principle to a meeting in the CBD after work.

I'd like to meet some Aspie's that live in Melbourne. =)

I have not really met anyone else with Aspergers apart from Cat from the Werribee support group ages ago and I never really got the chance to get involved.

I am located in the Western Suburbs so feel free to pm me =)

I too am in Melbourne. SE suburbs. I'm a suspected Aspie (need to go get diag'd methinks) but don't know where to go and want to meet other Aspies too to see how I fit in (if that's possible) lol
