Do you find yourself becoming temporarily attached to an expression or phrase or word and enjoying very much using it at every opportunity you can, or is it just me?

I've been attached to this phrase lately: ".... if I say so."

Yes for me it's "..and all the jazz", so I say it at the end of most sentences.

I like that "all that jazz" one. I sense a new phrase addiction appearing :)

Yes, I do this, and I wonder if it annoys people. Some of my most recent words/phrases:

Imagine/Can you imagine? (From Dr. Strangelove)
Bark/Let it bark! (as in running an engine or other noisy device without muffler, etc.)
Barbecue/put on the Barbecue. (from Monty Python's Meaning of Life)

I also adapt movie lines into conversation, for example "that's what the bread is for" when explaining how one might consume the salsa, which doesn't seem to match anything else.

I've gone through this so many times that now I have most of these phrases backlogged and can use them interchangeably, so it mixes things up.

 amazon, sounds like you've perfected the art to a more sophisticated level.

I find that it happens to me more in English. There are expressions in English that I hear for the first time and fall inlove with.

Lately, it's been ".... if I say so" and "He's sweet like that, is John." Maybe these are regional dialectal forms, I don't know... Can a native speaker explain, please?
