Ugh, I'm very tired of this Telus report I'm doing for school, but I still need help.
What kind of promotional strategies does Telus uses? Like how Costo lets you try samples or coupons in books.
At least give me links that might help? Please, this is due tomorrow and needs help!

Call them. No seriously, call their support.

When they pick up the phone, say: -"Hi, my name is <name> and I'm doing a project for school on Telus and was wondering if you had time for a few questions."

If you are put through, repeat the sentence to the next person.

Have a list of questions ready.

I actually considered doing that, but I really started freaking out (phone anxiety) and decided it wasn't worth me having a meltdown or anything. I got to learn how to like phones...
