No.
To me, that's very different. I know it's fake, so it hardly effects me. But when I know or suspect that I'm seeing real carnage, I have a very different physical reaction. I've never actually gotten sick from it though.

PS ffffff... off to watch lobotomy footage. I know I'm going to regret this. (But it's still not the same as death footage, which I won't watch if I can help it.)
