I don't really have a favourite album, but my favourite muse song is hysteria.

Favourite album: Origin of Symmetry.

Favourite song: Supermassive Black Hole (yes, I am boring!), but it also depends on the mood; I also like Micro Cuts and it's hard to choose between several others.

Muse is by far my favourite rock group.

Muse is also my meltdown-prevention and meltdown-recovery music. (Had a meltdown on Sunday night, was listening to Muse earlier in the day to help stop it, but in the end it happened anyway; put on Muse when I went to bed, and also in the car on the way to work the next day.) Muse seems to be able to diffuse or anaesthetise frantic things in my head. When I put on Muse in the car, my body relaxes immediately, my shoulders particularly.

I also like dancing to Muse in clubs or in the kitchen at other times. (I dance a lot.) :bounce:

GOD, I wish they were headlining their own tour in the U.S.

Muse own my soul. It's like a constant eargasm. Favorite album? It's a tie between Origin of Symmetry and Absolution. I think. 'Tis a difficult question to answer. It's musical perfection. All of it.

There's a new album out soon, it apparently has heavy classical influences. I reckon think Space Dementia and you wont be far off. I'm seeing them in November in Dublin, can't wait :D

Matt Bellamy has been quite heavily influenced by Rachmaninov in previous albums. That is not really Classical, it's Romantic, but in laymen's language it all falls together with classical music insofar as this type of thing is lumped together with other 'serious' music from bygone years.

In this next album, apparently (or this is what I recall from an article I read about it a few months back), Matt Bellamy wanted to write a full rock concerto (i.e. four movements) and he was struggling with it and wanted to get another composer to help him; but when he realised that it would mean someone else getting part of the credit and the control (and the money, presumably) he decided to just study hard and get down to doing it himself.

I don't know how near to finished he is now.

I have all the regular mainstream Muse albums, plus Deadstar and Hullaballoo Soundtrack. I can't find Showbiz, though, I took the CD out of its case some months ago and I don't know where I put it.

New cd? I'll be looking forward to it. My favorite, while I can't say I know all of them inside out (I have H.A.A.R.P. and Absolution, generally that's bits of Origins and other things as well), Absolution has to be my favorite on content.

I love Muse. :)

I can't wait for their album The Resistance.

My favourite album is Origin Of Symmetry closely followed by Black Holes & Revelations.

My favourite song is New Born, without a doubt, if I had to choose. :)

I love Muse! They're one of the only bands I love to listen to no matter what mood I'm in. My favorite album is Origin of Symmetry, followed by Absolution (it's my current exercise music) but all their music is great.
