My bellybutton looks freaky from surgery.

I usually just sit up or jump out of bed with yells, screams and/or such when I'm having bad sleep thingies. Rarely, I'll do some odd things, but I can count the times on my fingers and toes there. Which I guess might be annoying for someone sleeping nearby, but there hasn't been anyone there. I also have nocturnal bruxism from it, but that's not much bother other than going through far too many silicone mouth guards over the years.

Most of my joints can be compared to Rice Krispies (snap, crackle, pop), but I have never been able to successfully crack my knuckles.

I'm not as inclined to go for long walks as I used to be. I've become more of a homebody.

i really miss being able to go on hikes. my body so far seems to have outlived my brain. i hope my brain at least holds out until i'm ready for the boatman.

Really though, stepping on snakes is a bad idea (hopefully no 4th time). :eye: I guess I learnt to never expect help (along with feeling shame when needing it), and I just want to be mostly left alone because hell is often other people, right? Not selfish, as I'll help others that are in my immediate area, that I know, but it stops at helping, as I don't want to change others.
