I gave up good portions of daily/weekly sugar consumption for over 2 weeks now.
Went for salty and crunchy stuff. And avoid something too starchy...
My snacks are now either few times more expensive as it is more flavorful, very cheap and very bland, or is usually eaten as a meal.
My face is clearer but we shall see.
And I'm getting a bit thinner... But I'm already skinny to begin with! And struggle to gain weight from the start. I hadn't done any fasting this year, damnit.
My emotions, while less overwhelming, is still the same involuntary nuisance.
My sleep is still more or less the same with less symptoms.
My functioning is still the same unreliable thing.
But if a whole month passes and there are no significant changes...
What the heck else should I "sacrifice" to make my damn point that something is just wrong?!
How did I stop craving sugar?
By getting sick, not try treat the whole thing for over 2 weeks, by not feeling like eating anything sweet knowing it'll exacerbate it.
