I have "an obsession" about NVLD. I think that I have NVLD instead of ASD... I have high verbal IQ, think in words, have generally flexible thinking (or at least I think so). I think that many people with NVLD and without ASD should have disability-related money and benefits because their developmental condition is debilitating. I had that "obsession" about NLD aka NVLD even above 13 years ago. I think that NVLD is often definitely a pervasive developmental disorder, not a specific one!

My birthmark is not visible unless I disrobe.

I wrote a post about my bizarre ideations in another topic somewhere on wrongplanet.net forum: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=272036&p=8895852#p8895852

I have bizarre "hypotheses" associated with religions, theology, ontology...

I do not want to suffer! I do not want to be annihilated!

All I can say is that you have the freewill to exercise discernment.

As for myself... Stuff that I wear for sensory comfort.

I have 6+ pairs of glasses. Only 2 pairs are either tinted or photochromic.
And 2 sets of earplugs. One is more painful, the other was ten times more comfortable.

Now I got a wardrobe full of soft and light weighted clothing for myself.

I had multiple meltdowns due to sensory overload (paired with other stressors) this week. Most of the overload was caused by extremely dry air (irritating my airways, etc). We actually had to buy a humidifier so I can better function.

I have two dogs. Genetically, they are as closely related as first cousins (we were surprised). They were rescued separately (9 months apart). Snorri is a mixed breed, whilst Mazzy is a purebreed.

I have gained 5 pounds, despite walking an average of 10 miles of day for months.

^ That is very annoying, i am in the same position sadly. I love walking while listening to music/daydreaming but it seems to have no effect whatsoever.

I have a headache. I can also be hypochondriac :skull:

Walking 10 miles a day? DO that in fasted state, with sub 1600k calories a day, the weight will drop off you. I dont care how slow you think your metabolism is.

I'm not going to eat less than 1,600 calories a day; that's a starvation diet.

Usually, I run 3 miles out of the 10-15 miles I walk every day. I do it at about an 11-minute mile.
