Censure is a political act, censor is to prevent someone from saying something. Of course, it could be both...;)

Personally, I found her thrilling oratories on the evils of sex education while praising abstinance and belief in God...as her teenager daughter got pregnant.

There really couldn't have been a clearer, more succinct commentary on how effective the lack of sex ed in schools is.
