In UK VUE cinemas at 8.30pm on 27 August, Ridley Scott's Gladiator (2000) is being re-released for 1 night to tie in with the pending blu-ray launch!

I love this film and have had several obsessions with it in the past. I am watching my battered old extinct 2 disc copy for the 6th time :)
I'm gonna be there :D

I LOVED that movie!! !! !! !! !

I watched it seven times in one day once... I know every line by heart. I wish I lived in the UK (for more reasons than this, love the culture and the people).

Only in the UK? Grrrr. Ridley Scott is one of my favorite filmmakers, and I absolutely would love to see Gladiator on the big screen.

It was breathtaking on the silver screen, where it belongs. Possibly the best £5 I have ever spent. I hope others enjoyed it as much as I did.

Maximus! Maximus! Maximus!

I loved it. I made sure I saw it in a theater before I saw it on T.V.
