Basically, you post something that functions as an 'answer', then the next person posts a question to fit the answer, and so on.

Example:

User 1: Vomiting
User 2: What's your favourite thing to do for fun?
Asperger Syndrome
User 3:What do you love most about your sister?

And so on.
