Faith in ideology? Not any time soon before the Sun becomes a red giant.

As I said: I misread. My bad.

Most historians would strongly dispute this view.

The pyramids, for example.

I spelled it "Labour" to be consistent with international English useage, since this is an international forum. Ironic, I know, to apply to an American holiday.

I enjoyed it with a nice, relaxing weekend.

At least you lot in US and Canada have consistant Labour Day holidays with each state/province. In Australia, it's split up as Labour Day depends on which state or territory you are based in.

Western Australia - 1st Monday in March
Victoria and Tasmania (Tasmanians call it 'Eight Hour Day') - 2nd Monday in March
Queensland and Northern Territory - 1st Monday in May
New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia - 1st Monday in October

In NSW, the October Labour Day long weekend is the traditional start of the swimming season (depends which part of NSW) and end of the ski season.
