A warm slice of my latest food experiment: whole grain sourdough rye and wheat bread. I baked two loaves and the last one is just about to come out of the oven. It took seven days to make the sourdough starter. No yeast in this bread other than the natural yeast on the rye grains and in the air. I ate the warm slice with cultured organic butter and a little honey. I'm very happy it turned out and is well worth it. It's delicious!

Stir fry. The veg with some chicken and a packet of Chinese curry sauce. I left half of it. It was too spicy/hot .

A burrito for breakfast, but not a breakfast burrito.
Beef, beans, rice as the gods intended.
