I made guacamole too, but I sent it off with my daughter... my enchiladas were leftovers from the other day. I cooked some up because she wanted some. She's loves the sauce so much I have to keep her out of the pan when I'm cooking it. She'll eat it like soup if you let her.

Today Im trying to eat a banana for breakfast. I'm half way there. Just not feeling the food so far today, but need to eat.

Can I come over for dinner? Your daughter sounds like me. When my mom was alive, she made spaghetti & lasagna, I soooo loved her spaghetti & lasagna. She owned a preschool, every year, she made spaghetti for the whole school, it was a tradition, when she cooked, I sneaked to get some spaghetti out of the pot, LOL, I was bad, she always gave me some in a bowl. I miss her sooooo much    I wish she could hug me right now, I need one.

Two chocolate chip toaster waffles, a banana, and an egg white that I ate begrudgingly. Enjoyed every bit except the egg white, just ate that for the protein lol.

OMG yum! :D

Did you make it yourself? Because if so then that’s impressive.
