The same thing I've had for lunch every weekday for the past month:

Homemade burrito made from scratch by me (except for the tortilla which is organic store bought) slathered in homemade fermented hot pepper sauce also made from scratch by me from chili peppers that I grew.

I made the refried beans from dry organic pinto beans (pressure cooked them in organic chicken broth I also made from scratch).
I ground the organic pork meat myself.
Onions
Cumin
Brown rice (steamed using homemade chicken broth) with crumbled mushroom, bell pepper and celery bits that I dehydrated myself.
I've made tortillas from scratch before, but not for this batch of burritos.
Sometimes I put a little cheese in the burrito too, but not this time.

Each batch as above makes about 10 burritos which I make in advance, individually wrap, then freeze. I just grab one in the morning on the way out the door and have my pepper sauce at work.

Yes, cooking is one of my "special interests". I learned how to do it as a child since my Mom let me experiment in the kitchen and she was a Dietitian.
