Are you on a diet?

I had chicken & chips.

Never!

I usually order takeout once a week as a cheat meal. The rest of the time I eat mostly healthy meals.

Chicken, rice and onions. I wonder if tomatoes can be roasted.

^ Ooh I love those, especially the hot spicy ones.

I've just had a boring bowl of soup and buttered baguette today.

What do you put in yours?

I have garlic, red onions, bell peppers, courgettes, kidney beans, topped with jalapenos, guacamole and cheese. I use the Santa Maria medium fajita mix.

I tend to look through the fridge to see what veg needs using, so typically red and white onion, bell peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, giant chives from the garden, sometimes finely sliced cabbage. Chick peas or black eye beans sometimes too. Basically anything I can stir fry then mix in some hot fajita. Unfortunately I tend to overdo the heat and the Mrs sometimes finds it too hot to eat. :( Even the dogs don't like the blistering hot leftovers.
Never tried putting in cheese though.

As for the wraps I buy them or make my own with plain flour, olive oil and a little water and cook them on a hot skillet. They are more like chapaties than the usual wraps, buy close enough.
