Can a Google Site support a pay-by-credit-card feature?

The Google site I set up for our peace center has been working well for our needs, but now I'm being asked if there is a way to have some kind of automatic payment thing set up through the site. They want the center's supporters to be able to sign up for an automatic monthly charge billed to their credit card, with the funds going directly into the center's bank account. I think this is pretty sophisticated for a non-premium Google site, but I told them I'd check. Haven't been able to find out anything through Google.
