The Licorice made me think of something I need to add to my list .. Chocolate and mint . Just a gross mix especially those chocolate mint cookies...

Also don't like olives.

I cant think of any food i hate, but i gag when i eat ginger. A lot of Chinese stir fry i have to stay away from because of it. It's really odd, it doesnt taste bad when i eat it, i just instantly gag, like my body is programmed to not let me eat it.

There are foods that i hate and foods that make me gag. The gag foods that I 100% avoid are red cherries in a jar or on top of desserts, those bean sprouts used in chinese food, most sea food, green olives, saurkraut.

I don't like spaghetti (had bad heartburn while preggs w/ son over 10 years ago and still have not gotten myself to eat it) and onions, except for blooming onion or onion rings from BK.

Everyone thinks i am weird for not liking the cherries. My bf's mom was mad at me and made a dessert she knows i like and chopped up a bunch of those cherries really small and mixed it ina so i couldn't eat it.
I also love chocolate covered cherries. I spit the cherry out though. THis makes bf mad for wasting a perfectly good cherry lol!

I am not really that picky.

I don't blame you with the Grape Nuts. That has to be the nastiest stuff around.

I am shocked by all the olive hating...The olive is my favorite fruit, and one of my favorite foods, and I am proud to be named after olives....But I HATE...Olive Salad....it is Olive Abuse to serve them all minced up like that...I despise the texture...waaay too salty...

I eat green Mt. Athena olives marinated with Mediterranean herbs almost every day...(I always get the same kind)

I also love licorice.

Now for the foods I hate:

Mayonnaise
Acorn Squash
Yellow Squash
Cherry Tomatoes...(it's a texture thing)
Ham...likesay...Christmas ham...the smell makes me gag.
Pineapple...mostly because I am allergic and it makes my tongue swell up
Slimy whole Chinese mushrooms and some of the other hard fungus-like things that show up in some Chinese dishes...
Shrimp (I can only tolerate in very small amounts)
Octopus
Sardines
Mussels
The combination of cake and ice cream
white birthday cake
Spam

I am not a very picky eater...

all the yucky stuff that kids are supposed to hate, you know .

Brussels sprouts
cooked spinach
Lima beans
etc.

Seriously though,

I really do not care for meat. Some poultry and fish are about it for me.
Red meat makes me feel ill.
Otherwise, I'm not too picky.
Even if I don't really like them, most foods can be thoroughly corrected with enough hot sauce.

Olives are the food of gods. :) Love them. Love spinach.

I love squid/calamari, but I also hate it as it'll kill me if I eat it in a meal sized serving (just a numb tongue and mouth with a single crumbed ring).

But anyway,

Mushrooms (uck)
burnt onions (really uck)
pumpkin (really, really uck)
curry and chili (only invented to hide the taste of the off meat)
the tomato sauce on canned beans/spaghetti (uck)
corn (barring corn chips and popped)

I'm good with everything else, as long as it's fresh.

Green peppers
Raw onions (though I love caramelized)
Green olives (Black are fine)
Cashews
Cheesecake
Canned fish
Sweet Potatoes
Corn
Mozzarella cheese (I like strong flavors and this is just too weak for my taste)
Tofu
Sardines
Tahini
Licorice in any form
Pie (the crist tends to gross me out)
White 'chocolate'
Whipped cream
Beans (except black beans)
Cauliflower (Will eat it if it's in some sort of curry)
Chinese food (the north american menu is so universal it just bores the hell out of me)
Marshmallows
Apple juice
Pears
Zuccini
Hard cooked eggs
