I know that there is no relationship between vaccine (I've read a lot of studies about MMR-vaccine) and autism.
I know that there is a strong genetic source of AS (around 90%).
I know that there is a strong correlation between pregnancy rubella virus and autistic behaviour (around 8% chance instead of 0.7%).

So I have 2 questions, and if someone can give me medical resource link (specialistic one like pub-med will be better) about that:

a) AS is about 1 / 150. What about AS parent / AS child chance? Is there any statistic about AS-child dispersion related to parents spectrum dispersion? (Aspe/HFA/LFA?)
b) I know that vaccine can't cause autism but I was enable to find any studies about rubella virus (not the vaccine but actually the vaccine is done with living rubella so for us is very similar to contracting rubella) and AS dispersion.
The more specific answer is the following: "Is it possible that contracting rubella (via vaccine or normal virus) in a precise development stage can shift for the child the AS spectrum (if already present) from Aspe to LFA or to LFA?" I've not find any studies like that so if there is any, can you link it?

Thanks a lot.

I've found this:

http://www.nccn.net/~wwithin/autismrubella.pdf

she links a lot of studies but I don't know if there is any "opposite" studies.
