I used to be a geology major, but changed it to geography.

Which terminology are you having issues with? I could probably help you.

It's mroe of remembering everything I need to and what happens when kind of things.... In Bio I could usually break words down to get them, but it'sn not apparing I can do that in this class, but anyway, One is the little diagrams in our book, one has 10 or so things to label, and being visually impaired, that's Too many without having a brailled diagram anyway, which in my juniour college, I don't have access to.
~Eilidh I'll post some things later

Was about to answer, "Sure. What do you want to know?" then saw the date the OP was posted.

Yeah, I have a habit of doing that..... I just post to threads that look like something I'm interested in and then later see that they ended 10 years ago (after I already posted)..... I'm such a ditz :P I blame it on the AS/ADHD :D

I can name all 50 US states, so that should answer your question...

That would be geography not geology.....geography is the study of where things are, but geology is the study of the history of the earth, rocks, etc. I double-majored in geography and geology.

Casually. I did most of my out-of-major courses in the Faculty of Geology because it was... close to the building where I had most other lectures  and, to me, more interesting than the alternative Biology.
I rock climb and different kinds of rock often require different techniques.
Whenever I see some interesting mineral or rock formation, I love to learn more about it.
