I love writing and I want to understand people better. I have accounts for my characters on several websites, like Friendster. They talk to each other and other people. After many years, I understand people better and can make my characters very realistic and roleplaty well, so people do not guess they are fakesters.

Just wondering if other people do this also. Is this a good idea and do people have tips on how to do this well?

I do it, and I was once RPG master for an online game that had 89 members. We had a huge forum. Eventually, I had to appoint people for various admin roles because it got so huge.

The best way to do it is to write detailed descriptions of what the character is thinking and doing. If you have other questions, I can answer them here or PM me.
