To be honest, most of what I read is non-fiction, depending on what I'm into at the time, but those are some consistent fiction favorites.

I read a lot of fiction, but the last book I read that was pure pleasure was actually a young adult book. His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman. I had never even heard of it until the movie came out.

I've never read Poisonwood Bible but I've been told it's very good. Have you read the 2 books after Wicked-Son of a Witch and A Lion Among Men?

Oh yes! I really liked these as well. I'm addicted to Haze, but am stopping myself from reading it again before the holidays. I've read the other ones (The Blue Bottle Mystery, Of Mice and Aliens, etc.) but didn't find them as interesting or well-written.

Unfortunately and apparently as evinced by my short answers, I am not an avid reader; however, once in a while I will pick up a book to read.

I read few novels in my life. Jules Verne and then Conan Doyle were my favorite authors when I was a teen. Most of the books here I read when I was a teen.
