the situation doesn't really sound like typical NT behavior. I've encountered too many NTs with better sense than to go on and on at someone when they made the mistake in the first place. I've had many people apologize to me for giving me the wrong information, and some have apologized when the bad info came from someone else in their department or company.

people with personality disorders have big problems being wrong. they'll do anything to make it not their fault, even trying to brainwash you into doubting yourself. histrionic, narcissistic, borderline... not sure about antisocial, though.
