i want to get my self a computer. basically what i do on a computer is type, make websites, play online games like runescape, and go on websites and forums. what kind of computer would be good for me? i want speed as well so i'll probably need a newer one.

What is your maximum budget,and do you need a new monitor,keyboard etc or just the tower?
Also..what country do you live in?
