Hi. I have to do a presentation in my speech class on a non profit organization. The Professor wants us to do one that we're passionate about and I want to do one about Asperger's Syndrome, being an aspie myself. The problem: I can't for the life of me find a non profit organization that deals with (soley or mainly) Asperger's Syndrome. Does anyone know of any and if so, please reply to this post? Any help will be most appreciated. The presentation is due tomorrow. Yes, I procrastinated (runs in the family ). Thanks! -Power Girl

GRASP - http://www.grasp.org/ - the Global and Regional Asperger Syndrome Partnership. At least "Asperger" is in the name - but I think you'll be hard-pressed to find an organization that doesn't make an attempt to include others on the spectrum, since the lines are awfully blurry between different diagnoses with common characteristics. Most groups just say "autistic spectrum" and leave it at that.
