Prisoner allowed to grow drugs in cell

Oh Dear ! This sounds like a bit of a bad joke, the worst part is that it appears to be true.

Years ago I met a prison officer who told me something about life inside, he told me that they have to make sure that the prisoners do not start making beer, wine etc inside the jail so they are already experienced in stopping the production of alcohol.

So for the guards not to spot a "weed" plant suggests that something was going very wrong, I have never handled cannabis plants but I think that they have a leaf shape which is quite distinctive. While both plants have got a compound leaves I think that they are very different.

I didn't know there were / are people - prison guards even - who don't know what Marijuana / Cannabis plant looks like 8O
But well, I'm Dutch :wink:

My mother and my aunt did toss some cannabis seeds in with my grandmothers tomatoes in the 70s. 8O Grandma was so ticked those big plants never gave one darned tomatoe. :lol: You'd think a prison gard would be ever so slightly more savy then my grandmother.
