Intelligent Falling sounds pretty reasonable to me, at least more so than the standard theory of gravity:

"America's finest new source" is always packed with news you really want to hear
(and some you really don't). I take global warming very seriously,
so was delighted to hear about
the anger-powered car.

I've had some interesting experiences with the alleged laws of gravity not working.

Look, I am a christian, fundamental, (I think) and consider myself pretty "right-wing" compared to some. But, I am not a science major. Here is my uneducated (or should I say, limited public school educated) take on gravity.

Gravity is real.
Gravity can be tested and proven.
The laws of gravity are inconsistent only when another force is interfering or interacting with gravity.
It is quite possible that there are unknown physical forces that interrupt or change the way that objects behave in connection with gravity.
The sparks flying upwards is a ridiculous example because they fly upward due to the force of combustion.
This publication must have looked for the worst example of Christian science out there!
Evolutionists and others have also put out erroneous and extreme ideas.
It's a human problem; please don't blame God; He's probably laughing at them, too!
But, let's give them a fair hearing and answer to their claims. Who knows, maybe they're on to something? or not.
There are branches of Christianity that want to make God into metaphysical being who is directly involved in every atom and subatomic particle as opposed to a being who made the universe and built in laws to govern the processes.
While I would always leave room for exploring new ideas and rethinking old ones, I tend to lean toward the latter.
It is unfortuate that the term "Intelligent Falling" was coined (not sure by whom) because this may put the term "Intelligent Design" in a more negative light. (association and all)
We must remember that there is much room for disagreement in religion and science.

:o Here, I'll convert your giant leafblower into an anti-gravity device! Wait! I'd better attatch you to the earth with a giant umbilical cord. (wouldn't want you to float off into outer space) Anybody have an extension cord around here?!

Yes, gravity is real. But remember it's called "Theory of Gravity" for a reason. Evolution is a "theory" in the same way that gravity is. Many seem to think that a theory is an unfounded speculation.
