Is Chloe from 24 supposed to have Aspergers?

For those of you who've watched/still watch the show, you'll know what I'm talking about. She's brutally honest, almost downright mean to people unintentionally, and she always looks uncomfortable in her surroundings and has these weird looks to her.

I don't think so, I'm sure it's her character or acting style.

I saw her (actor, not character) playing a mad-scientist in the Pilot episode of The Middlemen. She wasn't Aspie.

I didn't mean the actress, I meant Chloe as a character.

There are a lot of characters like that, but to me now I have decided unless they show some sort of great impairment, I think they are playing someone eccentric, not necessarily AS.
