The best I can describe it is somebody does something out of line or rude, and you don't think much of it at the time, but later you think "wow, that was selfish," and then you wanna tell them what's up.[i]

Yeah, I can relate. Not so much realizing it much later. But, often, not soon enough to make an appropriate response in the moment.
