Coffee - it dulls my emotions, makes me sleepy and suppresses my appetite. It's also cheaper than those energy drinks, in the long run, which I drank to dull my emotions. Three perfect ingredients, for an uninterrupted sleep, for yours truly.

Energy drinks are not good for you, I was relying on red bull to help with my migraine headaches, but I was losing to much sleep
Caffeine makes me feel really weird, kinda like my bloods made of jelly

Fruit soda.
Carnation Instant Breakfast - Chocolate. I have Weight Watchers today, so I didn't want a big breakfast.
Coffee. It's cheaper than energy drinks, and I drink a fair bit of milk throughout the day, to combat the effects of my morning and bedtime coffee.
