Any other musicians here influenced by Iggy Pop/The Stooges?

I mostly come from an early deep south blues blues, 70's rock & 90's alternative rock standpoint with my own stuff, but when I discovered The Stooges "Raw Power" album all of that changed quicksmart!

Late 60's protopunk is amazing!

It stopped me over thinking things and got me experimenting with simple chord progressions played with maximum conviction & played no small part in me really coming out of my shell on stage (the only place that I really can, which is odd given that it's in front of a crowd).

Anyone else feel anything similar?
