so what will happen.. i turned on my ps3, got 8001050F.. will it now do some real damage if i play a game or don't turn it off? if it breaks, methinks sony owe me a third console.. & maybe a new controller (sticky sticks);)

Hmm. If I remember correctly...advice from Sony is turn it off in case it does some permanent damage. I'm following the advice but unfortunately had it on for about 20 hours before I read it...so if it was going to do damage, then the damage be done
