I don't eat huge meals, but I do eat 6-8 times a day.. healthy protein, veggies, fibre, nuts, seeds etc. There's no way I could keep putting on muscle mass if I didn't eat frequently. I'm up to 208lbs at ~13%bf. Aiming for over 200lbs but down around 10% if I can swing it. 8) I should hit that this Summer.

i have no set nom nom schedule. fortunately i'm acquiring tastes for more vegetables as i grow old, i recently got into avocados. 8)
