Sure thing, I could sleep through noisy rain, wind, hail, and even a tornado alarm. Of course when the rain, wind, and hail are all pounding the roof at once, it's difficult to even make out the tornado alarm . But anyway, I find the sound of rain drops hitting the ground peaceful.

No I love when it rains at night, it takes away the random thoughts that run through my head while im in head and helps me fall asleep faster.

I grew up next to a roaring creek and deafening frogs, and then clanging, beeping garbage trucks outside my window when I moved to the city, so I can sleep through anything. XD

But CockneyRebel, I know what you mean! Snow is too exciting to sleep through. Also soup-thick fog and thunder storms. We don't get a lot of fancy weather here, so I stay up and watch when it happens.

I love the rain. It is a very beautiful and Natural sound. Also, as others have mentioned, it puts me into a very peaceful state of mind and actually lulls me to sleep.

It was raining heavily last night, and I was tossing and turning in bed, wondering why the blazing it had to make such a noise.
