I have always been extremely cold-sensitive.

only in my extremities. the rest of me could be sweating up a storm but my hands and feet will be cold, both internal sensation and cold to external touch. i have to wear gloves a lot now, and fuzzy booties over me feet. while i am sitting in front of a fan or an air conditioner.

It's similar for me, though I can't wear gloves or warm shoes/socks for very long before the rest of my body starts heating up to an uncomfortable level.

I can't stand heat at all, I could walk around outside wearing nothing warmer than a short-sleeve shirt and jeans when it's only 23° celsius (yes, I actually meassured at what temperature I'd be comfortable walking around in a shirt and jeans).

Even after walking for a while, regardless of temperature, I can start sweating, though I don't if there's a nice, cool breeze.

I used to fantasize about moving somewhere warmer because I always hear people talk about how great it is to be in warmer climates. Well, I went to Spain for a short time and at one point I got so hot I could barely breath. I was supposed to be there for 10 days, but ended up leaving after 3 horrible days.

As a girl who grew up above the arctic circle I find your idea of what cool weather is very amusing :P
