""Almost half of tested samples of commercial high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) contained mercury, which was also found in nearly a third of 55 popular brand-name food and beverage products ""

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/co ... 01831.html

Last year my sensory issues and other problems started to flair up bad. this may be what is causing it. along with my flu shot i got containing thimerosal.

I am just shocked at the food today. sadly i cant do anything about it. and the FDA is underfunded so this is the result.

yeah my sensory issues got way worse after the prevnar to check to see if my immune system works which it didn't so basically the shot was just an extra dose of whatever chemicals were in the shot and I got Nothing out of it.

I don't eat anything with HFCS anymore and definitely don't feed it to my kids. My son and I both tested positive for mercury poisoning. The doctor is doing more tests. He has it way less than I do....

What's shocking is that this sort of thing no longer shocks me.

No wonder no fisherman wants to keep me, I swim in this stuff, they catch me and throw me back into the high fructose corn syrup, I thought I just came on too desperate.

High Fructose Corn Syrup literally and chemically does not imply the presence
of Mercury. So who is responsible for the mass poisoning?(*)
I know that fructose is the sweetest natural sugar. Corn is a vegetable.
For some reason, I can't taste sucrose, but a little fructose stands out.

Sugar comes from places like Hawaii. If the whitening process
turns it into something else, I'd like to know what.
Is sucralose a drug? If not, it is CHLORINATED SUGAR.
It would be sweet and indigestable, but still artificial chemicals.
Saccarin and Aspartic Acid Phenylalanine and Cyclomate and
"the stuff thats made from sugar" are all artificial chemicals.
MSG is a drug that wakes up taste buds, and (really) aggravates moonbats.
I suppose it depends on the person whether it is a stimulant or a sedative.
Everyone judge for themselves what chemicals are good and bad,
but why the heck isn't MERCURY on the ingredients label of HFCS??? :?: :!:

(*)Monsanto Frankenfoods? I think they invented allergenic peanut DNA.
They also program seed DNA to fail after a few crops, and pollute their
whole neighborhood.
In a city, broken fluorescent lightbulbs are the most common source of
mercury (poisoning) I am aware of. Breathing it in maybe worse than
eating it, but dentists shush that hypothesis because of amalgam fillings,
which are even more concentrated mercury sources than the lamps.

Chelation? I think that is how to recover from heavy metal poisoning.

I don't believe in half or more than half of these so-called scientific studies. They're just scare tactics and conspiracies.

Either there's mercury in there or there isn't. If there is, it's clearly a screwup that should be unscrewed. That doesn't mean it's enough to kill you instantly, just that it's not enough to have previously been high on the radar. That still sounds like more than enough for me.

Nobody claims it's a conspiracy, it's just food companies making money.

Confine yourself to fresh fruit.

I just want to let folks know, in case you do not already, that you can request a flue shot without mercury. Sometimes they have them on hand for pregnant women. I still have the metallic fillings, AND I received a couple of RHogam shots with the mercury in them. That is a shot they give pregnant women who have RH negative blood types. Prior to 2001 or 2002 they had mercury, but now they do not, and I had my daughter in 1999. I have a host of health issues now that have been linked (not definitively though) to mercury and RHogam,. I think our bodies build it up and become toxic over time.

I believe you are correct.

I still have one metal filling I keep meaning to get ripped out and replaced with composite. This thread is a good reminder.

It could be more complicated that than. You might want to ask yourself - is there more mercury in the HFCS drink or in the water that flows down the nearest stream or that comes out of your faucet.
