Ugh I can t watch people eat a lot of fast food. Not that I stare at people when they eat or anything. When I worked in a large office in DC almost everyone was overweight. They would bring in fast food every day- the deep batter-fried stuff too. THey woudl sit there and eat it at thier computers and stink up the office, then go stink up the rest room. I was so glad when I moved up and got to have my own office.

They would criticize me for having "little" meals and salads. Now they didnt like it when I criticized their grease piles and told them what it does to the arteries. NO- That was annoying, but I was supposed to put up with "why don't you eat?" and "are you anorexic?".

i always feel gross and tired after I eat it, but I still eat it because its so tasty :(

I had a very fast metabolism when I was younger and weighed only seven stone (98 lbs) despite eating vast amounts of junk food. These days, if I eat something greasy like Fish & Chips or Chinese it tends to hang on my stomach afterwards.

I find that I feel a lot better when I avoid junk food and get regular exercise (walking/cycling).

Dark chocolate at least 70% works for me.
Edit:
The highest cacao content in a candy bar I've ever had was 87%. The highest I've ever seen is Lindt Chocolate bars, with one candy bar they make at 99%. 8O

My staple diet is about as far away from junk food as it gets, and I can tolerate filling up with stuff that's more dodgy, as long as I don't take it to excess. If I go too far, it makes me feel like crap.

One of the best things my mom ever taught me was how to cook good food.
I only seldom eat fast food.
Pizza maybe once a month and the 1.39$ burger at mcdonalds maybe one a month. And that's a "naughty" month. i do eat a lot of ice cream in the summer though.

On a side note, has anyone ever noticed the ingredients in
Sunny Delight
Which is marketed as a healthy alternative for kids all over the world... ?

This happens with me when I eat soy and beef. I'm allergic to those foods, and if I take a bite of either of those things I get sluggish. Soy is in nearly everything premade, so I have to make most of my own foods to avoid making myself sick. It's a lot of work, but I need to if I want to get out of bed in the morning.
