Why did God make us as aspies?

The only explanation I can think of is that lack of socializing --> less friends --> less sinful lifestyle.
Maybe I'm just being presumptuous here.

My personal opinion for myself is that before I was born I did something extraordanairily good to make Him trust me and my ability to handle this challenge. Of course, I also could have done something really bad, and I'm being punished, but I prefer the former option.

Atheists will likely give you your best answer on this. Even with a God, we might as well ask why he made diabetics - we're nothing *that* special.

As a type I diabetic with Celiac disease and Asperger syndrome am I that special?
