Sunny and pleasant in the daytime (in the 70s is perfect)
Cool at night (I can't sleep when it's too hot and stuffy)

I like winters to be wet and windy, keeping up a fairly mild temperature. I don't like the cold, ice, frost or snow.

I like summers to be hot, sunny and dry, with the occasional thundery shower (I do like thunderstorms). I don't like too much constant rain or cloud in the summer as it spoils the summer and makes it feel cold and gloomy.

Temperatures are subjective (I only go by celcius because it's easier). For example, 17 is too cold for June, but is a lovely temperature in March or April.
Another example, 3 is cold, but if it's been below 0 all week, I am relieved to see it's going to be 3.

I love warm to hot. If it is going to be cold then let it snow.

I love storms but not if I have an important task that requires going outside then I do not like any precipitation at all. I do have a sensitivities to the sound rain makes when it hits me and walking around in wet clothes.

I like to feel the warm summer rain on my legs when wearing shorts. But, for some reason, no matter how hot it is, if it's raining in the summer everybody wears trousers or jeans, and it "looks silly" to wear shorts. I think that's a stupid fashion rule because wet skin is more preferable than wet trousers/jeans sticking to the skin. Plus rain water is good for your skin.

I love extremes. Thunderstorms are awesome, except in southern Ontario, they are usually wimpy.

Blizzards are fantastic. I miss being in Alert, Nunavut. They shut down the station today due to a blizzard. I love snow flying everywhere. No one is out in it but me!

Me to I love cold weather especially when it is around 30, 40s or even below that. I hate the heat especially the triple digits. I strongly agree with you.

I hate winter rain when it's freezing and everything looks so dead outside. :(

Summer rains are better. :wtg:

The weather is just the weather. I have no control over it, so why have a preference, and be dissatisfied all of the other times of the year?

Ten thousand flowers in spring, the moon in autumn,
a cool breeze in summer, snow in winter.
If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things,
this is the best season of your life.

There's nothing wrong with liking or hating particular weather.

maybe you have to run hot to enjoy such, but chilling downpours heighten the senses, clear the mind, and make everything quite vivid and otherworldly.

70 during the day, 50 at night. Mostly sunny, but the occasional thunderstorm or snowstorm is okay. But only snow, no rain in winter.
