Just wanted to post this here to thank those who helped me when I was having a terrible time at my previous job. At the time I felt completely powerless under a bully, and had no real hope of things ever getting better. Well, the good news is, that since I posted (autumn last year) I managed to pursue a grievance, and although I had to leave my job, they have just settled out of court, and I now feel vindicated that justice has been done. I really don't think I'd have had the courage to go ahead and take her to a tribunal if it hadn't have been for you guys. Thank you.
