Do the balls given at the Pal Park in Pokemon Pearl/Diamond/Platinum ever fail to capture the Pokemon? There are only 6 balls for 6 Pokemon so I'm concerned about transferring more precious Pokemon.

Can someone tell me if it is safe, if I'm sure to catch the Pokemon or not?

Never fail.
Never ever.
Like Master Balls, except for Pal Park Pokeymanz.

I wonder if it's supposed to be justified by the mons already being tamed. Makes sense to me that they wouldn't struggle.

Well, it has the same catch rate as a master ball (x255).

A valid argument... the only thing is that who's arguing with you!? LOL
