I panic when I'm late for anything. I'm always the first one there. It frustrates me when people don't seem to take being on time seriously, and no one seems to take it as seriously as I do - I can't even be 5 minutes late. Is anyone else like this?

It upsets and depresses me, yes. But I'm too disorganised to avoid it from happening sometimes.

With my obsession with buses, although it was immensely fulfilling to use the bus service when I did, it was also very frustrating for me when the bus was late. Not because of any impatience, but just it being a break in the wonderful timely concept that it is.

It depends really. Family functions? Sure, since all the ones I like are dead. The rest I just hang out with to make sure I'm still near my father's step kids. He WILL beat them one day, just like he did me. I shall be witness.

But for something like a doctors appt. or meeting? No, I hate being late. Although the one exception was with my jerk boss, the later I was the less time I had to deal with him. And trust me, for my sanity it was worth the constant 'No, we aren't hiring' speech I had to give.

I am, 100%.

I'm the same way. Running late due to circumstances beyond my control invariably triggers a panic attack. I'm pretty much always early for everything to the point that if I'm less than ten minutes early, I feel like I'm late, and it gives me massive anxiety.

Funny, I tend to be ready early for things, but then deliberately arrive a minute or two late so I'm more in sync with everyone else. I'm mainly talking about things like meetings and such, though, where arriving early means having to sit twiddling my thumbs and feeling awkward. Arriving a minute late to things is one of the many shameful little tactics I employ to avoid social situations.

I am like that too. It drives my wife nuts, I like being early for everything. You should see me fly, I arrange long connections between flights and am at the airport so early its ridiculous, even with stepped up security. But I get panicky if I am not early.

It depends. If it's something like an autism gathering, I can be late for that. You don't have to be there right when it starts. I've been late a few times and the leader of the ASAN group has been late a lot because she get stuck in traffic. Someone from one of the groups held a video game night at his house and I was late to that.

But doctor appointments or meeting someone from online, no. I tend to be early because you never know. I have no idea how long it take me to get there so it's best to leave earlier.

I hate being late, even if it's only by a few minutes. I hate it for my classes in college especially, because whenever you're late, the whole class looks at you when you walk in, and that is a really uncomfortable feeling. :(

I have to be on time. If I'm not at the place that I'm supposed to be, on time or sooner, I panic to the point of having a meltdown.

I can be late, but I would also be chewing my fingers down to the bone and breathing fast short breaths. I hate being late. I'm always a few hours early. My sister used to say I was born ready because I got ready to go out way before anyone else.

I'm very picky when it comes to punctuality. I hate being late, but I love being early. I also can't stand it when other people are late.

I go into Berzerker mode if I think I'm going to be late to something. I usually get to work an hour early and sit out in the parking lot jamming to some music. And if I don't get there an hour late? I get mad because I'm late being early lol
