I usually sleep with underwear, shorts & a shirt on but I occasionally sleep with just my underwear if I'm feeling really hot or I have a sunburn. I don't like the feel of being naked too much.

No because my roommate may accidently walk in on me sleeping. My bedroom door can't lock because it is broken.

No, in PJs only. First, I often sleep in social spaces even sometimes with people I don't know that well, and it's hard for me to change my routines. I also don't like the feel of sleeping naked, though. I used to sleep fully clothed for a while when I was younger.

I sleep in the nude usually. It is my preferred method.

Back in college, when I had roommates, I slept in a t-shirt and shorts.

Nobody to walk in on me here on my own... I'll go bottomless to "give 'em some air" ...but I need a shirt to keep warm on those cold Canadian nights! Sometimes socks + jammies if it's really cold!
