Poor lady- I cant imagine. I have seen those nasty strippers with the crazy beach ball implants, and I wondered how doctors could be able to legally do that to someone. The implants are a different matter of course, but still, they have weight to them. I Google imaged her too- she is rail thin with those things. Well, now she is a normal size for a petite woman and looks so much happier. The "before" pictures are scary though. THe couldnt even walk around!

This N is total BS to make a shock, especially in America.

But nevermind this above... yes, this size can be real problem. And cases like this are really justified to make a surgery. Complaining about 40 inches/100 cm in bust is only a question of wrong bra size.

This phenomenon is not that unusual. Normally it occurs more slowly, to women who give birth to a dozen or so kids over many years. By the time their breasts get that large, they've grown a belly and ankles big enough to support them.
