I absolutely cannot do those things. I tried a long time ago and failed. The other week someone in my house had a whole calendar full of them. I failed at all, though got so close at one. The frustration made me yell. I blame lack of focussing ability.

I am very curious about the one made of words...

Here's one you can move around with your mouse. Has curiousity value.

Stereo Live

I've tried the parallel and cross-eyed view of this one, but I see nothing popping out particularly. There's distorted bars in a row after the one that follows the mouse, but those don't ever stick out much more or less than anything else, in terms of depth.

Or try to cross your eyes. It helps.
Depending on convergent or divergent watching, a picture changes. Convergent makes it deep (shape like a hole), divergent makes it convex (like paper cut).

For those who don't know, convergent means you cross your eyes, and divergent means you let them unfocus to see the image. I only point this out because it momentarily confused me, albeit partly because I'm multitasking kinda heavily right now.
