omg so many diagnoses on here, I'm overwhelmed.
Mine is bipolar affective disorder type one and tend to get psychosis along with the manic and depressive episodes. symptoms commenced aged 25, diagnosis at 29.
Irritable bowel syndrome, diagnosed age 19
obesity, began age 27 (during depression phase and medication)
tardive dyskinesia (uncontrolled movement in my fingers, caused by medication)

I used to think I might have a form of aspergers but now I realise my childhood problems were probably caused by being slightly gifted (I started school being able to read 'chapter' books (but not Tolstoy or anything) which is not all that unusual, but some teachers used to heap so much fake praise on me so that the other kids would hear it and get motivated, that it actually caused low self esteem and bullying - and the phenomena continued throughout high school, where I was stigmatised into being some kind of intellectual 'freak', and the other kids resented it. I got out of school and my problems disappeared so I was able to self-diagnose as neurotypical once I'd had a reconsider. Plus I've seen psychiatrists and neurospychologists and they were fairly sure I was neurotypical.

Also have social phobia and I am self-diagnosed AS now and suspect possible PDD-NOS of some kind due to recent test results related to Neuropsychology. In the past in high school my grades were all great except for math and had a math tutor. In college I did fine with all my classes once I settled on a major and did go to a tutor for college alegebra and did fine. Later on took graduate coursework and made a 3.9 GPA and loved biochemistry. I have never really disliked algebra and it was not my best subject. Also like statistics well and made an A when I took it recently. The human brain is really fascinating yet baffling. :?

Unable to be around people without anxiety, depression, wanting to get away by myself, no clue how to have social communication.

I do ok if I have a "role".

General tendency to overdo whatever allows me to not think about my state of consciousness.
Little or capacity for "balanced" life.

Cyclothymia or the like, when I'm up I feel like I have an answer that will continue, when depressed think about suicide or at least non existence.

Various chemicals, alcohol, pot which are great for a while and then turn on me and I have to stop if I want to live another day.

Not just Autism but Dyspraxia as well... Diagnosed at an early age.
The more I read about it. The more I believe I'm dyspraxic than autistic.

I take numerous medications for Depression, Social Anxiety, OCD. Suicide occupies my mind all the time, I like to be by myself, I hate interaction with humans. I have many OCD rituals which take hours to perform and make me exhausted, these tend to be mental ruminations.
I'm quite callous. I have a deep rage, mainly because of bullying I experienced at school. And I have a low tolerance to frustration.

I have mild depression and psychosis...but I can seem perfectly normal at times. I have to take medication for the first one though, although I don't need to take it often, which is good :)

Social anxiety, which I think could be the result of AS, and it's pretty bad. I think I show it when I really don't want to. When I get anxious, I get all fidgety and these little tics come up (running my hand through my hair, cracking my knuckles one at a time, twirling a pencil, etc.). You can tell when I'm really anxious because I'll start laughing randomly, make little to no eye contact, and when I ultimately go into "reboot mode", in which I shut down, regenerate enough to continue, while looking for a way out of the situation.

It might be possible for me to have other things, especially since mental illness runs rampant in my mom's family.

(This is an update)

For me, I've found out that aside from having an autistic disorder and ADHD that I have extremely severe anxiety that stems from Autism and ADHD. I also have developmental delays and a learning disability as well as trouble controlling my emotions and being able to process things. I have trouble with hearing in... my right ear I think? Which i believe to be a cause of numerous ear infections as a child. I can't stand for long periods of time and there also times when my processing difficulties make it hard for me to follow directions like everyone else does. I also don't deal with stress very well which has always seemed to be a huge issue for me as well.

So yeah... just more problems I really don't think i need.
