ah, the "7-11" solution to the problem of loitering. i have quite a collection of "7-11" music that i find to be relaxing and stimulating.

i have the A-bomb of 7-11 music, it is an old LP of the "portsmith symphonia plays the classics" where various classical warhorses are simply butchered, as though the players were all drunk and bandaged.

The officer should get a commendation for his action. Everyone loves ice cream, and even the sound of a ice cream truck would calm people down.

Ethics aside, it was a good tactic, but it seems like one of those things that would only work once. Once another one tries it, let's just say there aren't enough Klondike Bars that would keep the peace.
